Do I need a licence to buy from Nishana?
The one airgun we sell—the .177-calibre, approximately 3-joule Star RX Gen 3—is licence-exempt under India's Arms Rules 2016. Buyer identity and residence verification still apply.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Pan-India delivery takes 3–7 working days through trackable courier partners. You'll get the tracking link on WhatsApp.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes, on orders above ₹7,000. We charge ₹1,000 as a COD confirmation fee (payable via UPI); the balance is paid in cash to the courier.
Warranty and returns?
Every unit carries the manufacturer's warranty. If a product arrives damaged or defective, WhatsApp us within 48 h with photos and we'll arrange replacement or refund. See
